Your role

We're seeking a Business Process Outsourcing Operations Manager for our Customer Experience team. As BPO Operations manager, you will be crucial in creating an action-oriented culture through our BPO. You will be the primary point of contact for the BPO with internal business stakeholders and be in charge of relationship management, performance management, and overall service delivery.

Drawing on your proficiency in operational compliance you will be responsible for risk management, and mitigation efforts with BPO sites, utilizing resources and feedback to enhance training, quality, and performance management.

With a proven track record in Business Process Outsourcing, you will strategically coordinate and obtain buy-in from business partners and uplift our BPO network capabilities, enabling them to do increasingly complex work more effectively and efficiently and ultimately revolutionize the way millions of users shop, pay, and bank.

Your responsibilities

  • Owning daily and weekly BPO performance and KPI management. Actively pursuing variance reduction through data backed action planning
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders as a strategic partner and consultant
  • Leading through partnership and timely engagement
  • Leveraging resources and feedback to improve training, quality, and performance management
  • Building long term strategic vision and uplifting our BPO network capabilities to do increasingly complex work more effectively, efficiently, and with improved experience outcomes
  • Driving operational compliance, risk management, and mitigation efforts with BPO sites
  • Implementing projects and pilot programs to advance performance or business outcomes
  • Sharing best practices, feedback, and results with stakeholders and BPO sites as applicable

Your expertise

  • Minimum 8+ years work experience in program management, vendor management, or customer support operations management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to strategically align and get buy ins from business partners
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, data driven, and results focused
  • Experience leading process re-engineering and operational excellence projects
  • Organizational and project management expertise
  • Exposure working in a cross functional, multi geography setup
  • Lean Six Sigma trained or certified and/r being COPC trained or certified is an advantage
