• Develop and execute test plans for the characterization and validation of high-performance PLLs and their integrated analog/mixed-signal blocks.
• Set up and operate lab equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, phase noise analyzers, logic analyzers, power supplies, and signal generators.
• Perform hands-on measurements on silicon, capturing and analyzing data to characterize key performance parameters such as phase noise, jitter, lock time, power consumption, and frequency accuracy.
• Automate test procedures using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Labview) to improve efficiency and data collection.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, outliers, and potential design or process issues.
• Collaborate closely with design, verification, and test teams to provide crucial feedback for design improvements and ensure product quality.
• Document test setups, procedures, and results comprehensively.
• Learn about manufacturing test flows and contribute to improving test coverage.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of PLL architectures, analog/mixed-signal circuit operation, and advanced measurement techniques.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in characterization, test, or silicon validation (through internships, academic projects, or early professional roles)
• Solid foundational understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuit concepts.
• Basic familiarity with common lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
• Eagerness to learn about PLLs and their performance metrics (phase noise, jitter).
• Proficiency or strong willingness to learn scripting languages (e.g., Python, Labview) for test automation and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for working in a lab environment.
