The Role:

The Client Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end client

onboarding, integration with Nymcard systems and services while ensuring seamless

integration with payment schemes such as MasterCard, Visa, and UnionPay. The ideal

candidate will have experience working within the payment industry, ensuring compliance

with financial regulations and enhancing payment processing solutions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and ensure successful integration.
  • Manage API integrations, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery of payment solutions.
  • Utilize Jira for tracking implementation tasks and issue resolution.
  • Use Postman for API testing and MongoDB for data management and troubleshooting.
  • Use various scripting and database tools like SQL, PLSQL
  • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to clients on integration best practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and new technologies related to payment processing and API integrations.

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and a team player
  • You have a positive can-do attitude and a flexible approach
  • Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented
  • You have the ability to learn new technology/systems/applications quickly

Knowledge & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the similar or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client implementation or technical support roles within the FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment schemes (MasterCard, Visa, UnionPay) and their integration processes.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and troubleshooting in the financial technology sector.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Postman, and MongoDB.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of compliance and security standards within the FinTech industry.
