We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cybersecurity Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of cybersecurity, including security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness. The Cybersecurity Intern will work closely with our cybersecurity team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring security alerts and events to identify potential security incidents.
• Participate in incident response activities, including investigation, analysis, and remediation of security incidents.
• Assist in performing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
• Help implement and maintain security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security solutions.
• Support security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Contribute to security awareness training and education initiatives for employees.
• Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Security, or any related field.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and operating systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
