Position Overview

Intelmatix is seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Director of Solution & Service BD and Delivery to lead the growth, execution, and quality assurance of our customized AI solutions and services for enterprise clients.

This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, and plays a central part in the commercial growth and operational excellence of Intelmatix’s business portfolio. This role is solely responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of custom solution and service engagements—from business development to successful delivery.

The ideal candidate combines a commercial mindset with technical fluency, strong client relationship skills, and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex AI or data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

  • Own the commercial growth of Intelmatix’s solution and service offerings, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for services in alignment with the company’s overall revenue and growth goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, deeply understand their business needs, and position Intelmatix as a strategic partner.

Delivery Oversight & Execution

  • Oversee the successful delivery of all custom AI solutions and service engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for client engagements, managing expectations, communication, and escalations as needed.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Analytics teams to ensure integrated, scalable, and innovative solution delivery.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of solution consultants, project managers, and domain experts.
  • Foster a delivery culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure proper resource planning, workload distribution, and operational efficiency across service projects.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the key interface between the Revenue team and internal departments including Product, Technology, and Analytics.
  • Contribute to solution design by translating client needs into actionable, technically feasible, and high-impact service proposals.
  • Drive internal alignment on scope, timelines, and resourcing for custom engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in solution delivery, consulting, or enterprise technology services, with a strong focus on the Saudi market, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Arabic Speaker with exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading business development and delivery for AI, analytics, digital transformation, or enterprise software projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and drive measurable impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
