Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of Intelmatix’s marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level marketer with 2–4 years of experience in B2B or technology marketing who is eager to grow in a high-impact, innovation-driven environment.

As a Marketing Associate, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to support branding, digital campaigns, content creation, and events. You’ll contribute to shaping our market presence while learning the dynamics of deep-tech, AI, and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, events, etc.).
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement and ROI.

Content & Communication

  • Create and edit marketing content such as blog posts, social media copy, newsletters, brochures, and case studies.
  • Support internal communications and employee branding activities as needed.

Digital Marketing

  • Help manage the company’s website and social media accounts, ensuring timely updates and alignment with the brand.
  • Support SEO/SEM activities and contribute to improving web traffic and online visibility.

Events & Outreach

  • Assist in organizing webinars, trade shows, and industry events, including logistics coordination and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to support lead generation activities.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitors, and potential target audiences.
  • Assist with compiling and maintaining CRM data, marketing dashboards, and campaign tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, tech, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and eager to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
