Intelmatix has established a global presence with three strategically located offices. These offices are situated in Riyadh, London, and Boston, enabling the company to operate internationally and collaborate with diverse businesses worldwide.

Position Overview:

The Client Engagement Manager is a critical role in Intelmatix success in delivering multi-million Riyals client projects. This role is responsible for leading custom implementation projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing relationships from project inception to completion. This role requires excellent project management skills, intimate familiarity with Intelmatix’ capabilities, and the ability to work closely with clients and Intelmatix’ technical team to deliver both large tailored AI-powerd solutions and on-board clients on standard Intelmatix products.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of custom AI implementation projects and on-boarding clients on Intelmatix’ standard products.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, sales) to ensure project requirements and contractual agreements are met and delivered on time an on budget.

Client Engagement:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Understand client needs and requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.

- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection across payment milestones.

Communication and Reporting:

- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams.

- Provide detailed project updates and reports - to project steering committee, clients’ project management counterpart, client leadership and business owners, and Intelmatix senior management - highlighting progress and discuss issues and identify and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project.

Quality Assurance:

- Proactively ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

- Address client’s reported issues effectively.

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement and lessons learned.

- Develop project management tools, templates, and guides to institute best practices in the company.

Team Management:

- Structure project delivery team, allocate workstreams and tasks, assign concrete deliverables and milestones timelines.

- Oversee the team members delivery and ensure they are meeting commitments.

- Coach project management team members

Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in scoping and proposing custom solutions for potential clients.

- Participate in client presentations and proposal development.

- Identify potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and communicate them to sales and business development team.

Other:

- Support in company capacity/resource planning hiring plan to meet foretasted live an forecasted projects requirements.

- Participate in marketing efforts – e.g. events and content creation.

- Support in other strategic activities – e.g. company strategic planning and budgeting.

- Collaborate with product development and technical teams to provide insights from the field to ensure alignment between product offerings and market needs acting as a voice-of-customer.

- Contribute to company building efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree Technology fields (Computer Science, etc.), Business, or a related field.

- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

- 10+ years of experience in project management or client engagement - preferably in the technology, enterprise software, or AI - in a B2B and B2G setting.

- Preferably strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.

- Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile or similar methodologies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to persevere under challenging situations, win client’s trust and cooperation, and resolve challenges swiftly; likeability and charisma.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects (over $1Mn in value each) simultaneously.

- Resourcefulness and ability to work hands in a fast growing startup environment.

- Strong problem solving skills and tool kit; ability to work independently, very hands on and resourceful, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent project reports development.

- Ability to understand new technologies and products quickly to be able to manage projects in them.

- Ability to articulate Intelmatix' product offerings and the project concept and implemented solutions to audiences with varying levels of seniority and technical skills – typically in the executives level, management level, end-users, IT level.

- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
