Role Objectives:
The MarCom Senior Manager will lead Breadfast’s internal marketing agency, integrating creative, digital, influencer, and on-ground marketing to deliver impactful, brand-aligned campaigns. This role ensures a unified brand presence, manages cross-functional teams, and drives results through data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience from a creative agency or fast-paced brand environment and can balance strategy with execution oversight.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop the integrated marketing communications strategy covering brand positioning, campaign objectives, and cross-channel execution.
Translate business objectives into marketing deliverables, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience.
Define annual marketing plans, KPIs, and budgets in alignment with commercial and growth targets.
Manage and mentor the Social Media Lead, Influencers Lead, Field Marketing Lead and Design Team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Allocate resources and set priorities across functions to meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular team reviews to assess performance, address challenges, and drive skill development.
Oversee the planning and execution of major brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across online and offline touchpoints.
Approve creative concepts, messaging, and media plans, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies in real time to maximize ROI.
Partner with Growth, Commercial, and CX teams to integrate marketing initiatives into broader business strategies.
Collaborate with procurement, agencies, and vendors to ensure high-quality outputs and cost efficiency.
Review marketing analytics across all channels to evaluate effectiveness and recommend optimization opportunities.
Present quarterly performance reviews to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years in marketing communications, including 3+ years in leadership.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
Proven success in agency or in-house brand leadership roles.
