Role Objectives

The Influencers Lead is responsible for developing and executing Breadfast’s influencer marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and engage audiences. This role manages influencer partnerships, oversees budgets, and ensures campaigns deliver measurable impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define influencer marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs in alignment with overall marketing strategy.

  • Build a diverse network of influencers across relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaign execution — from briefing and negotiations to content approvals and performance reporting.

  • Ensure influencer-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Manage the influencer marketing calendar to align with brand campaigns and launches.

  • Manage and coach Influencer Marketing Specialists to deliver high-quality campaigns.

  • Oversee workload distribution and performance tracking within the team.

  • Monitor metrics such as CAC, engagement, reach, and retention.

  • Prepare campaign performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required education, knowledge, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events, or related field.

  • 5+ years in marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role and influencer marketing experience.

  • Strong network of influencers and agencies.

  • Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and analytics.
