Role Objectives:

The Marketing Manager will take a leadership role in building and executing the marketing strategy for business units. This role is pivotal in driving growth, enhancing brand positioning, and ensuring alignment with Breadfast’s overarching brand guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict adherence to Breadfast’s brand guidelines in all marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image.

  • Collaborate with the central MarCom team to oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels — including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and PR based on pre-approved creative briefs

  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.

  • Develop, allocate, and oversee the marketing budget to maximize campaign ROI.

  • Monitor budget utilization, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising quality.

  • Prepare periodic reports on marketing spend and performance to recommend necessary adjustments.

  • Review and ensure alignment of omnichannel campaigns with the endorsed creative brief, brand voice, and business objectives.

  • Review and approve marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guidelines.

  • Work closely with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to align marketing strategies with business growth goals.

  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.

  • Define campaign priorities in alignment with business and commercial goals.

  • Develop and communicate business briefs to the central MarCom team, overseeing the creative concept and budget approvals to ensure alignment with brand and performance objectives.

  • Monitor campaign execution and results, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and strategic goals. And determine the need for external agency support in cases requiring specialized expertise or additional capacity.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and apply them to enhance Breadfast marketing strategies.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles, with 3+ years managing teams.

  • Proven success in managing marketing budgets and delivering high impact campaigns

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Expertise in brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing tools.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

  • Results-driven with a focus on data-informed decision-making.

  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce industries is highly desirable
