Product Designer

We aspire to build the best design organization in the Middle East and are looking for a talented product designer to join the team. You will be joining at an inflection point that means you will be supported and mentored by world-class product and design leaders, but also have an incredible amount of ownership and responsibility for a product that helps improve people's lives every day.
Breadfast designers are full stack designers - you will be responsible for UX and visual design, in addition to partnering with product managers and engineers to ensure we are creating a delightful product that people love to use.
Job Duties
Analyze user interface problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
Lead the end-to-end design process, from research to exceptional UI design
Create wireframes, polished mockups, and prototypes needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
Partner with product and engineering teams to ship a delightful, beautiful product that solves our user's needs
Communicate your design rationale to a wide range of stakeholders, facilitating review and feedback
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
To be considered for this role, you will need:

A portfolio of work that demonstrates:
your ability to ship great user-centered design solutions
your process and how you solve design problems
high-quality UX and visual design skills
experience designing for mobile platforms
At least two years of experience in a product design or UI/UX design role
The ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and contribute to the growth of the design team through interviewing, onboarding and mentoring
Additionally, great candidates will also have:
Experience building and working with design systems
Experience with user research techniques such as interviewing and usability testing
History of working on Q-Commerce, e-commerce or consumer product
