Role Objectives

Production Engineer is a professional member of Breadfast family who will be responsible for managing and improving the production processes specific to manufacturing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage workshop operations, which include organizing, setting up, and optimizing Breadfast production.

• Monitor the day-to-day operations (RMs - PKs - FG) in addition to supervising the technical staff.

• Optimize Breadfast production lines efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.

• Ensure that all Breadfast products specifications and customer requirements adhered to Breadfast quality.

• Develop and introduce new methods and ways to enhance the production lines productivity.

• Make sure Breadfast production is cost-effective and feasible for the organization.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory of tools, machinery, supplies, parts, and related equipment.

• Set the training requirements and monitor their effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as production management, engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or

• technology-driven industry.

• Proficiency in technical areas such as manufacturing processes, production planning and control, quality control methods and lean manufacturing principles is crucial for a production.
