Role Objective:
Ensure the effective implementation and execution of maintenance activities, optimizing equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe working environment through efficient planning, supervision, and hands-on technical expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
● Develop and implement daily and weekly maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
● Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control, to address maintenance-related issues and support overall operational efficiency.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
● 5-7 years of experience in a maintenance role, or a related role
● Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance practices, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
● Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
